Girl With Sunflowers

A woman emerges from a luminous, overexposed field of sunflowers, her face and bare shoulders rendered photographically while gestural teal linework and loose brushed strokes of yellow and red overlay the entire composition. The work fuses a photographic base with hand-applied or digitally generated painterly marks, producing a layered hybrid image that hovers between direct painting and print.
