Untitled (October 2020)

A half-length female nude rendered in layered mixed media — vivid oil pastel or acrylic washes in yellows, oranges, purples and teals — overlaid with dense black marker or charcoal line-work that simultaneously structures form and adds kinetic energy. The loosely indicated background of gray brushed strokes and a blue rectangle in the upper left anchors the figure in what reads as a live studio setting, consistent with direct-observation speed-drawing practice.
