A reclining nude figure fills the sheet, its curves defined by bold black ink contour lines laid over densely hatched fields of red, orange, yellow, lime green, cyan, and violet marker. The drawing is executed with rapid, layered cross-hatching that fractures local colour across the entire composition, giving it a restless, high-energy quality typical of direct speed-drawing from life.
