All the steps

A gestural figure study in colored pencil or oil pastel depicting a smiling woman in a strongly arched pose, arms raised above her head, rendered with rapid cross-hatching strokes in warm earth reds and oranges against a loosely indicated background of green and teal palm fronds. The face is the most resolved passage, anchoring a composition whose diagonal energy flows from lower left to upper right.
