The back of an oil transfer print: within a roughly ruled square, a reclining or sleeping figure rendered through massed spiraling and scribbled lines that create tonal contrast between the pale body and the dark, heavily crosshatched surround. The marks are rapid and gestural, with circular scribbles building form rather than outline, and a small accent of dark red or purple at the left edge.
