A gestural head-and-shoulders portrait in a spiral sketchbook, built from angular graphite lines and cross-hatching overlaid with vertical streaks of magenta, violet, and teal-green crayon or soft marker. The structural line-work is rapid and confident, while the vertical colour runs lend a fragmented, prismatic quality to the face and neck.
