A bust-length portrait of a young woman with long hair, her hand raised toward her lips in a pensive gesture, rendered on textured canvas. The work layers loose yellow and blue paint washes with rapid, energetic marker or ink lines, the overlapping primaries producing vivid green passages throughout hair and skin.
