A close-up portrait of a female face constructed through dense, overlapping hatching in red crayon, blue marker, and black marker on white paper. The mark-making is rapid and layered — cross-hatched strokes build tonal masses for the eyes, nose, and lips while loose trailing lines suggest hair, giving the work a raw, electric intensity.
