Two overlapping figures — one darker-haired on the left, one with a blue-hair mass on the right — are rendered in rapid, layered strokes of black ballpoint and coloured markers on white paper, with horizontal orange hatching anchoring a shared surface below them and an explosion of red, purple, and blue scribbled marks filling the upper ground. The drawing is made entirely with felt-tip or ballpoint pens in multiple hues, built up through quick, accumulative mark-making characteristic of live figurative speed-drawing.
One of 6 drawings from this night. All 6 as one unframed set: $295 instead of $360.
Framed is for this sheet. The others, picked here or as the whole night, come unframed; their frames are a preview.
