Sitting nude

A seated female nude is rendered in loose, gestural strokes of grey, blue, and white against colliding planes of red, peach, teal, and dark charcoal, with scrawled linear marks in purple and dark blue cutting across the surface. The work is direct painting—likely acrylic on paper or canvas—built up rapidly in overlapping washes and dry-brush passages that dissolve the figure into and out of the abstracted ground.
