Standing Nude, Magenta

A standing female nude in profile with one arm raised over the head, executed as a printmaking work — most likely a linocut or reduction print — in dense magenta and hot-pink ink against a deep black ground. Bold tonal masses are articulated by fine white contour lines, giving the figure a luminous, almost neon presence on the dark plate.
