A nude female figure is drawn in profile seated on a low block, rendered entirely in warm orange-red marker with energetic, overlapping strokes; behind her, a schematic interior of arched windows and hanging drapes is loosely indicated in blue ink on a white ground. The work is a gestural life drawing executed at speed, its impact built on the stark thermal contrast between the hot figure and the cool architectural setting.
