Untitled (July 2017)

A seated female figure is drawn on white paper using black charcoal or marker for bold outlines and hatching, overlaid with coral-red and cool blue-lavender crayon to model form and shadow. The subject wears her hair in a loose upswept bun and gazes upward in a reflective pose, captured with the energetic, confident mark-making typical of timed life-drawing sessions.
