A reclining nude figure is rendered in rapid, overlapping felt-tip marker strokes on white paper, with warm terracotta and brown tones massing the body against a chaotic field of blue, green, gray, and red hatching. The marks are wholly gestural, built up in layered cross-hatching that dissolves the figure's edges into the surrounding space.
