A female torso viewed from behind and slightly to the side, cropped at the neck and upper thighs so that the body fills the page without resolution at either end. The form is built entirely through rapid, overlapping hatching strokes in black ink or marker on sketchbook paper, with dense passages of parallel lines creating shadow and volume rather than any conventional outline.
One of 13 drawings from this night. All 13 as one unframed set: $546 instead of $780.
