A seated figure, viewed from the side, is rendered in a spiral-bound sketchbook using layered ballpoint and felt-tip pen strokes in black, purple, red, orange, green, and blue. The energetic cross-hatching and loose gestural lines build volume and atmosphere around the subject, who sits near a large arched window with foliage visible in the lower left.
