A close-cropped portrait of a human face constructed almost entirely from rapid, overlapping ink strokes and dense cross-hatching, allowing only fragmentary glimpses of eyes, nose, and parted mouth to surface through the tangle of marks. The work appears executed with a thick marker or brush pen on white paper in a single, energetic session consistent with the artist's speed-drawing practice.
