An upper-body study of a seated female nude in left-facing profile, executed in black ink on white paper with rapid, energetic hatching and cross-hatching that carve form and tonal weight from the white ground. The mark-making is confident and gestural, consistent with a timed life-drawing session using a marker or broad-nib pen.
