A gestural bust portrait of a man with shoulder-length hair and a mustache, built from rapid, overlapping strokes in rose-magenta marker and dark ink on white paper. The face is suggested rather than rendered precisely, with energy lines describing hair and jaw, and a hint of blue-grey pastel at the lower corner.
