A gestural charcoal study of a seated female nude seen from a high, foreshortened vantage point, the head bowed and face obscured, the body rendered through confident sweeping lines and blended tonal passages on cream sketchbook paper. Mark-making alternates between loose, scribbly contour and soft smudged shadow to suggest volume rapidly.
