Untitled (May 2022)

A reclining nude figure is rendered in rapid, angular contour lines using two colors of wax pencil or crayon — cobalt blue for the structure and hatched background elements, warm yellow filling the body mass and select furnishings. The surrounding room is abbreviated into flat rectangular shapes suggesting a window, a potted plant, and a low couch or trolley bed, giving the figure a domestic, unhurried context.
