A reclining or semi-recumbent nude figure is rendered in rapid gestural hatching with ballpoint or felt-tip markers in black, red, blue, and violet on spiral-bound sketchbook paper. The body is built entirely from dense layered strokes rather than outline, with no background separation, merging torso and limbs into an energetic field of cross-hatched color.
