A gestural upper-body nude of a female figure with one arm raised behind the head, rendered rapidly in multicolored ballpoint or felt-tip pen on white paper. Overlapping loops and scribbled strokes in purple, green, red, dark blue, and gray build form through energy rather than contour, with concentrated color masses at the hair and nipples.
One of 14 drawings from this night. The 12 on sale as one unframed set: $504 instead of $720.
