Two rapid gesture studies of the human figure share a single spiral-sketchbook spread: the left is drawn in dark green crayon with loose graphite underdrawing that traces a seated or twisting torso, while the right dissolves the same subject into overlapping blue and red strokes that prioritise energy over anatomy. Both studies rely on fast, looping mark-making to convey weight and movement rather than descriptive contour.
