Two nude female figures rendered in rapid, layered gestural line work on white paper: a seated figure in the upper left built up in blue and green ballpoint or fine-liner, and a kneeling figure in the lower right constructed from intertwined black and red marks with an animated, open-mouthed expression. The forms are coaxed from dense scribbled loops rather than clean contour, using colour layering to suggest volume and movement.
One of 8 drawings from this night. The 7 on sale as one unframed set: $332 instead of $420.
