Untitled (May 2017)

A nude female figure is rendered in left-facing profile, from head to upper thigh, in a rapid gestural drawing executed with pencil or charcoal on white paper; overlapping searching lines accumulate to build the form, with loose hatching along the torso and arm conveying the kinetic energy of a timed life-drawing session. The right edge carries a cluster of exploratory scribbles and what appears to be a partial architectural or structural element, suggesting the drawing was made in situ from observation.
