Two marker-drawn portraits of a female subject presented side by side — the left a tight, cropped close-up densely saturated in layered reds, oranges, yellows and greens, the right a looser full-head study on white paper where trailing hair lines dissolve into open space. Both works are built entirely from rapid, overlapping scribbled strokes in multiple colored markers that accumulate through cross-hatching and contour lines into coherent volume and form.
