Two figure studies occupy a single sheet: the left is a controlled male portrait with modelled shadows and legible features, while the right dissolves into dense, overlapping contour loops that suggest a second figure emerging from or retreating into chaos. The work is executed in graphite pencil with tonal washes blending into the warm paper ground.
