A female bust portrait rendered in layered, rapid scribble-hatching with multi-colored ballpoint pens or fine markers on white paper; reds, oranges, dark browns, and punctuating blues build volume in the hair and face through dense, energetic strokes. The image presents two views side by side — a tight crop of the face and the full composition — documenting the work in progress and its finished state.
One of 19 drawings from this night. The 13 on sale as one set: $546 instead of $780.
